India,
minus the wait.

Zero Wait Labs is a retail company. We put the shop where you already are: in our own machines, at places you pass every day. Q0 is the first.

01What we build

Shops that come to where you are.

Delivery apps bring the shop to your door in minutes. We put it where you already are. Zero Wait Labs owns and runs its own vending machines at selected places you pass every day. You walk up, pay with UPI and walk away with it. No queue.

We don’t sell machines. We run them, stock them and look after them ourselves.

02The lines

On the board.

Each line is one kind of machine. Q0 is the first, switching on in Kochi.

A marigold square means live or switching on. An empty square means in the lab.

03Why

What we’re for.

Motto

India, minus the wait.

Mission

Put the everyday things people need in their hands the moment they need them. No queue, no closing time, no wasted trip.

Vision

An India where nobody waits for the everyday.

How we work

  1. 01
Seconds count. We judge everything we build by the wait it removes.
  2. 02
Always open. The machines don’t close, and neither does help.
  3. 03
Honest machines. If something goes wrong, we refund it. Most refunds start by themselves.
  4. 04
Built for India.UPI first, priced in rupees, made for Indian streets, power cuts and 4G.
  5. 05
Small things, done right.Everyday things, kept simple and kept in stock.
